Diane Walsh & NZSQ in Whanganui

March 2018

To begin the 50th Anniversary Series of Chamber Music Wanganui, the NZSQ is collaborating with acclaimed American pianist Diane Walsh in a programme of music by Beethoven, Debussy and Elgar.

2018 marks the centenary of Debussy’s death, as well as the birth of Elgar’s piano quintet, which was written in 1918, shortly before the end of WW1. Debussy will be celebrated in this programme with solo piano items by Diane Walsh.
